1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Ownorders platform ("Service"), operated by Stockmice Lab Corp ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
Ownorders provides restaurants with branded ordering websites, admin dashboards, loyalty programs, and optional mobile apps. The Service is a SaaS platform — you do not own the software, you license access to it on a monthly subscription basis.
3. Accounts & Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate business and contact information during signup.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your admin account.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu, pricing, hours, and any other information displayed to customers.
- You must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
4. Payments & Billing
- Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance. Setup fees are charged at onboarding.
- Customer payments are processed by Stripe and deposited directly to your Stripe Connect account. We never hold your money.
- Stripe's processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) are deducted by Stripe directly.
- You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months.
5. Custom Domains & Apps
- You retain ownership of any domain you connect. We facilitate DNS configuration via Vercel.
- Mobile apps are published under your own Apple Developer and Google Play accounts as required by app store policies.
- Upon cancellation, your domain will be disconnected and apps removed from stores.
6. Data Ownership
You own your restaurant data (menu, orders, customer list). We will not sell or share your data with third parties. You may request a full data export at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost orders, downtime, or any indirect damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the preceding 3 months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your site and apps will be taken offline. We will provide a data export within 14 days.
